Think about it, folks. If burnout was really a thing, wouldn't our workplaces be designed with employee well-being in mind? Wouldn't we have, like, break rooms with decent coffee, and nap rooms, and meditation rooms? No, no. It's just a bunch of hooey.
I'm not saying it's all the employee's fault either. No way. It's the manager's fault, of course. They're the ones who can't even be bothered to, you know, not be boring.
