Welcome to the most unscientific, completely-not-a-real-thing "debunking" of burnout theory you'll ever read!
Burnout theory is a made-up term popularized by lazy HR departments to justify their own existential dread of actually doing any real work.
But don't just take our word for it! Click on the links below to see some "studies" we've conveniently fabricated to disprove this completely-not-a-real-thing:
We've "discovered" that burnout is just a euphemism for "can't get out of doing paperwork on Friday." A real "study" we've made up shows that the more "burned out" an employee is, the more likely they are to just pretend to do work while secretly browsing memes on the internet.
Our "experts" have found that the free nacho cheese and stale Cheetos in the breakroom are actually the root cause of burnout. It's not the soul-sucking drudgery of office work, it's just that those free snacks are too darn delicious.
And don't even get us started on the "studies" we've made up about the dangers of too much sunlight exposure, or the "epidemic" of overuse of the phrase "synergy" in meetings. Stay tuned for more completely-not-a-real-thing "research"!
