Take 5 minutes to write a letter to your past self, apologizing for all the self-care you didn't do.
Don't worry, it's not as weird as it sounds.
Or do it to your future self, and explain why you're still eating Cheetos for breakfast.
Either way, it's a great way to reflect on your self-care journey.
Or don't do it at all, and just go back to bed.
That's a great self-care choice too.
Either way, you're a winner.
Or not.
Or maybe just go for a walk and forget about this exercise altogether.
