Extreme Ironing Competition Rules

1. Ironing board must be 5 meters in length, 2 meters in height, and 10 cm thick.

2. Participants must iron at least 1000 wrinkles per minute for 5 consecutive minutes.

• Speed Record Attempt

Penalties:

1. If a participant uses an iron with a temperature above 200°C, they will be disqualified.

2. If a participant's ironing board is not properly aligned with the competition floor, they will be penalized.

Prizes:

First place: Golden Ironing Board
