1. All flamingo contestants must be in top physical condition. Any signs of fatigue, such as wobbling, will result in disqualification.
2. Contestants must wear approved Flamingo-Fluff-Approved (FFA) uniforms at all times. Failure to do so will result in a 5-minute penalty.
3. The course map will be revealed on the day of the event, ensuring maximum surprise and minimum flamingo-fluff- induced stress.
