When you're a thrill-seeking, adrenaline-pumping, gravity-defying downhill biking enthusiast, accidents are just a part of the ride. But don't worry, we've got your back! (Or at least we'll try to.)

Here's some tips to help you recover from your inevitable face-plant:

Caffeine IV

Just kidding, that's not a real thing. But seriously, drink some actual water. You know, for your kidneys or something.

Ice Packets

Place an ice pack on that nasty road rash, but only if it's not a deep gash that requires stitches. Don't be that guy.

Laughing and Tears

It's okay, it's all part of the fun! Just remember, there's always next weekend's ride.
