Agenda Item 1: Conquer Earth

Discussion: Zorvath: "I propose we use a fleet of giant space spiders to take over the planet." Xexuon: "Sounds good to me, but we should also consider a nice cup of space-tea to really get the humans to surrender." Gorthok: "I'm with Xexuon, but we should also make sure our spiders have good insurance coverage for the whole 'destroying cities' thing."

Agenda Item 2: Intergalactic Bureaucracy Reform

Discussion: Blerg: "I think we should have more holidays. Like, at least 5 of them." Vrakkor: "But what about the paperwork?" Throk: "I'm with Blerg, more holidays means more chances for intergalactic tourism and revenue!"

Decisions:

• Item 1: Approve the use of giant space spiders to take over Earth.
• Item 2: Establish 5 new intergalactic holidays, with a special focus on 'Galactic Overlord Appreciation Day'.
• Item 3: Mandate the use of space-tea in all future intergalactic negotiations.
