On this most hallowed day, the pretzel enthusiasts of the world will gather at the local park to engage in a battle of wills, a test of strength, a competition of pretzel- tossing prowess.
Each participant will be armed with a trusty pretzel stick, a sturdy pretzel of their choice, and a fierce determination to out-toss their foes.
The objective, you ask? To toss one's pretzel to the greatest height, to land it with precision, to make it stick, and to be the last pretzel-er standing.
But, alas, the real challenge lies not in the tossing, but in the judging. For on this day, the wisest and most discerning judges will be on hand to declare the winner.
The judges will be looking for a combination of style, technique, and sheer pretzel-tastic-ness. A pretzel that lands on its side will be considered a solid 5, while a pretzel that lands on its tip will be a 9 or higher.
