Dr. Bob's Surgery Gone Terribly Wrong

Dr. Bob's latest patient, Bob's Aunt Edna, had a very... let's say... unorthodox reaction to her surgery.

It started with a loud, piercing whistle that could be heard for miles. Then, her thyroid gland began to glow with an otherworldly aura. The nurses were baffled, the doctors were bewildered, and the patients were... well, they were just happy to be alive.

We're still trying to figure out what went wrong, but we're pretty sure it had something to do with the fact that Dr. Bob wore his thick, black-rimmed glasses during the entire procedure.
