Experimental Eggnog Recipe
This is the most avant-garde, the most revolutionary, the most utterly absurd eggnog recipe you shall ever lay eyes upon. Proceed with caution, but mostly with a sense of wonder.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk that has seen some stuff.
- 1 cup of cream that has been to a rave party.
- 1/2 cup of sugar, preferably harvested from the tears of a thousand broken hearts.
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, made from the essence of a thousand vanilla beans.
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt, harvested from the depths of a salt mine.
- 3 large egg yolks, beaten into submission.
Instructions:
- Boil the milk until it's hot.
- Make the cream do the cha cha slide.
- Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until you're satisfied.
- Beat the egg yolks until they're almost dead.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, then into a blender, then back into the bowl. Repeat until you get bored.
- Chill, then serve. Or don't. We won't judge.
Optional ingredients:
- A pinch of stardust, for an added celestial twist.
- A dash of moonlight, for an extra lunar oomph.
- A splash of dragon's breath, for that added fiery kick.
