Prank Call of the Week: "The Sudden and Uncontrollable Urination Emergency"

A caller, known only as "Bubbles" from suburban New Jersey, has taken to calling 911 with frantic reports of a "Sudden and Uncontrollable Urination Emergency" every 10 minutes.

"It's a code red! My cat, Mr. Whiskers, is having a massive urinary emergency! He's peeing all over the kitchen floor! I need your help, I need it now!"

Police dispatchers have grown suspicious, but Bubbles remains undeterred, claiming "it's a medical condition, officer! Mr. Whiskers' kidneys are failing, and he needs immediate attention!"
