My Internet Is Down

I have an Existing Condition, it's not my fault, okay?

My internet is down, and it's clearly the fault of the ISP for not providing adequate service.

Or maybe it's the router, I mean, who needs updates, right?

I'm not lazy, I'm just conserving energy for when my internet is working again.
