ASMR Guide 4: Play The Same Game For Weeks

Step 1: Choose A Game That's Already Familiar

Don't be a hero, don't be bold, don't be original. Pick a game you've already played to death and replay it for weeks. The thrill of repetition is all part of the ASMR experience.

Consider the classics: Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Checkers. The key is not to win, but to relax.

Step 2: Set Up A Comfortable Environment

Dim the lights, crank up the sound effects, and grab a few of your favorite snacks. The more comfortable you are, the more ASMR you'll experience.

You may also consider setting up a dedicated gaming station with a ASMR Desk Corner, complete with a cozy chair, a soft blanket, and a few favorite stress balls.

Step 3: Repeat, Repeat, Repeat

The ASMR experience is all about repetition, folks. So, go ahead and replay that same level, that same game, that same move, over and over and over.

Don't be afraid to get a little creative with your repetition, though. Try playing with your non-dominant hand, or using a different controller. The key is to find what works for you.

Step 4: Indulge In Self-Care

ASMR is all about relaxation, so be sure to take breaks and reward yourself with some self-care treats. Grab a snack, take a nap, or treat yourself to a nice warm bath.

Remember, the goal is to chill, not to get stressed. So, don't be too hard on yourself if you find yourself replaying the same level 12 times in a row. That's just part of the process, bro.
