Theories

The following are the officially recognized theories of Procrastinators Anonymous.

1. Intentional Oblivion

When one intentionally ignores the task, one gains experience in ignoring tasks.

By ignoring the task, one becomes proficient in the art of ignoring.

Example: "I'm not doing it today." - Bob, Procrastinator Extraordinaire.

2. Temporal Displacement

When one displaces time by doing unrelated tasks,ประกtime is effectivelyประกlost forever.

Time becomes elastic and flexible, like a rubber band.

Example: "I'll do it tomorrow, when the sun is shining brighter." - Tim, Time Displacer.

3. Perpetual Indecision

When one is indecisive, the task never gets done, and one is forever free.

Decision-making becomes a luxury one can no longer afford.

Example: "I'll think about it some more." - Sally, Perpetual Indecider.

4. Randomized Diversification

By randomly switching between tasks, one maximizes the likelihood of doing nothing.

Randomness is its own reward, after all.

Example: "I'll play some games, or watch a movie, or maybe just stare out the window." - Random, Randomizer.

5. Procrastination By Proxy
