Watch as competitors iron out their wrinkles, their lives, and occasionally their eyebrows.
1. Ironing board shall be at least 3ft x 5ft.
2. Steam shall be at least 1.5m deep.
3. No folding shall be allowed until the ironing board is completely empty.
4. No spectators shall be allowed on the ironing board during competition.
1. The winner gets a year's supply of fabric softener sheets.
2. The winner's name will be etched onto the Extreme Ironing Hall of Fame.
3. The winner's picture will be posted on our website, next to the words 'Winner'.
