Subcommittee 4: Slash The Red Tape

Resolution 4.1

WHEREAS, the Red Tape has become a scourge upon our fair city, hindering progress and stifling innovation;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that we, the Subcommittee 4: Slash The Red Tape, do hereby declare the following:

Article 1: All forms of Red Tape shall be abolished forthwith.

Article 2: A new system of streamlined bureaucracy shall be established, with a maximum response time of 3 seconds.

Article 3: All citizens shall be granted a minimum of 5 minutes of uninterrupted coffee breaks, twice daily.

Article 4: A special task force shall be formed to investigate the source of the Red Tape and recommend measures to prevent its return.

Article 5: This resolution shall take effect immediately, with a 30-day transition period.

We, the Subcommittee 4: Slash The Red Tape, do hereby certify that this resolution is in the best interests of the citizens and economy of our fair city.
