Section 3: Redundant Bureaucracy Reduction Act

As per Article 3 of the Red Tape Reform Act 2019, this section aims to reduce the redundancy of bureaucratic processes by introducing a new tiered system of paperwork.

Currently, citizens are burdened with an excessive amount of paperwork for every mundane task, from applying for a library card to reporting a change of address.

Under this new system, tasks will be categorized into three levels of complexity:

Level 1: Simple tasks that require a one-page form.
Level 2: Moderate tasks that require a 3-page document.
Level 3: Complex tasks that require a binder's worth of paperwork.
