Article IV - Evaluation and Monitoring
As part of the Red Tape Reform Act 2019, Article IV: Evaluation and Monitoring was designed to streamline the evaluation process, reducing bureaucratic red tape and increasing productivity.
The key components of Article IV include:
- Audit Trail 3000, a system for tracking every decision made and every form filled out
- Reduction of Red Tape Ratio (RTR), a metric for measuring the amount of unnecessary paperwork required to complete a task
- Bureaucratic Performance Index (BPI), a measure of how efficiently bureaucrats are using their time and resources
By implementing Article IV, the government aims to reduce the time spent on paperwork and increase the amount of time spent on actual governance.
