Regulations Rodeo: Rule 3 - No Caffeine Fueled Frenzy

In accordance with the spirit of the Regulations Rodeo, we hereby decree that no caffeine fueled frenzy shall be allowed in the vicinity of the Regulations Rodeo. Any such behavior will be met with stern measures, including but not limited to:

Section 1: Caffeine Free Zones

Any area within the Regulations Rodeo premises shall be considered a Caffeine Free Zone. This includes, but is not limited to, all areas marked with a red "X" symbol, which shall be prominently displayed on the walls.

Section 2: Caffeine Overload Protocols

In the event of a Caffeine Fueled Frenzy, the following protocols shall be implemented:

  1. Immediate shutdown of all coffee machines and espresso makers.
  2. Deployment of Caffeine Overload Response Teams (CORT).
  3. Administration of Caffeine Withdrawal Treatment (CWT) to affected parties.
