Rule 3: Subrule 1 - All rodeos are governed by a strict code of conduct that includes but is not limited to:

• Wearing matching cowboy hats at all times
• Engaging in spontaneous line dancing during breaks
• Never speaking ill of the rodeo's mascot, "Bubba the Clown"
