**Date:** 23rd of February, 2023
**Space Station Alpha, Sector 4, Deck 12**
Incident Summary:
On the fateful day of 23rd of February, 2023, at precisely 14:00 hours, our esteemed Space Station Alpha suffered an unfortunate... um, hiccup.
Details of the incident are still sketchy, but eyewitnesses report seeing a witness account of a catastrophic failure of the space station's gravity generator, resulting in a series of spectacular explosions and a 4.72 kilometer-per-second descent into the nearby space junkyard.
We are, of course, investigating this incident, but our initial findings suggest that the gravity generator in question had been overdue for maintenance for several rotations of the space station.
We will provide further updates as more information becomes available, but in the meantime, we recommend that all space travelers exercise caution when visiting Space Station Alpha. Or, you know, not.
Stay vigilant, space travelers!
Shipments and ShipMasters have been notified. They will, no doubt, have a few things to say about this incident.
**Error: Please do not attempt to repair the gravity generator yourself. We mean it.**
