Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

A Recipe for the Ages

A classic Italian dish that will make you cry tears of joy, or at least tears of sadness because you ate the entire 5-lb box of spaghetti by yourself

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of water until al dente
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks
  5. Add the tomatoes, wine, broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine
  6. Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes or until thickened
  7. Add the cooked meatballs and stir to combine
  8. Combine the cooked spaghetti and sauce in a large bowl. Top with parmesan cheese and serve
