The Swiss Alps are a popular destination for tourists, but not as popular for the locals who just want to enjoy their fondue in peace.

Things to Do:

• Visit the Top of the World (if you're feeling adventurous)
• Get Lost in an Avalanche (for that extra adrenaline rush)
• Drink Fondue with the Locals (but don't expect a free ride)

Things to Eat:

• Eat Rösti with a side of Raclette (because that's what the locals do)
• Make Your Own Rösti (if you're feeling fancy)

Things to Wear:

• Wear Lederhosen with Pride (even in July)

Things to Avoid:

• Don't wear a fanny pack (it's just not done)
