Congratulations! You've made it to Step 2 of our TV Show Addiction Recovery Program! By now, you should be feeling a little more in control of your viewing habits.

But, we know you still have a few more bad habits to break. It's time to tackle those pesky binge watches. You know, the ones that keep you up till the wee hours of the night, scrolling mindlessly through your favorite shows.

Here's how you can cut back on binge watches:

  1. Only watch one episode per day. Yes, it's tough, but trust us, you can do it.
  2. Set a timer. Set it for 1 hour, and stick to it.
  3. Avoid shows with complex, cliffhanger-filled storylines. Those are just asking to be binge-watched.
