Find a quiet, distraction-free zone, preferably with a minimum of 10 feet of space between you and the nearest screen.
Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and focus on the sensation of air moving through your nostrils.
ประกNotice the sensation of your chair on the ground beneath you, the weight of your clothes on your body, the taste of the air...
Now, slowly open your eyes, and gaze upon the wall. Stare into the blank space, unblinking and unyielding.
You may be tempted by the siren call of your phone, but do not be swayed by its sweet nothings.
Repeat the following mantra, over and over again: "I am not a slave to the algorithm."
