Recovering from Binge Mode
It's been 3 days since you last binge-watched that show. You think you're ready for the next episode?
Our patented Binge Recovery Process involves 3 phases:
Phase 1: Denial
- Repeat "it's just one more episode" for 30 minutes straight, while frantically refreshing the browser
Phase 2: Acceptance
- Admit that you've spent more time watching cat videos on YouTube
- Realize you still have 3 days worth of laundry to do, but you're not going to start it
Phase 3: Recovery
- Take a 30-minute walk outside, where you'll inevitably find yourself thinking about the show
- Return home, only to find 2 hours of new episodes have downloaded
