Team Meeting Guidelines
Chapter I: The Seriously Serious Method Part I
In this chapter, we'll cover the fundamentals of being seriously serious in the most serious way possible. It's not just about being serious, it's about being SERIOUS.
Meetings are not optional. They're required. Like oxygen. Like water. Like being alive.
When attending a meeting, always arrive on time. If you're late, you're not just late, you're LATE.
Turn off your phone. Turn off your computer. Turn off your soul. We're not here to be social, we're here to be SERIOUS.
Eye contact is key. If you don't make eye contact, you're not making contact. You're not making meetings.
When speaking, be serious. Use your serious voice. Use your serious tone. Use your serious body language.
No jokes. No memes. No cats. We're not here to be entertained, we're here to be SERIOUS.
If someone interrupts you, be like, "Excuse me, but you're not making a serious point."
If someone asks for a break, be like, "Breaks are for the weak."
