The coffee machine in the break room has been on the fritz for weeks. I'm talking cold coffee, lukewarm water, and an alarming amount of sediment. It's a travesty, I tell you!

I sent an email to the IT department 3 days ago asking for a password reset. And still, NOTHING. I mean, I know they're busy, but come on! It's not like I was asking for a new iPhone or something.
