Temporal Tales of Woe: Other People's Fault

It was a dark and stormy night. The clock was stuck at 4:14 AM, and the only thing that could be heard was the sound of distant thunder and the faint whisper of my neighbor's cat demanding more food.

As I lay there, staring at the ceiling of my tiny studio apartment, I couldn't help but think that it was all the fault of the universe for not being more considerate. I mean, couldn't it see that I was in the middle of a crucial Netflix-binge-watching session? The timing was just perfect, and I was left with no choice but to join the ranks of the walking dead – exhausted, defeated, and forced to venture outside into the abyss of morning.

Little did I know, however, that the universe had a few more tricks up its sleeve, and my woes were only the opening act in this grand, cosmic farce.
