John DeLorean, the founder of DeLorean Motor Company, was a man ahead of his time. Or was he just a bit too reckless?
With a passion for innovative design and questionable business decisions, DeLorean's cars were known for their gull-wing doors and... well, that's about it.
But little do people know, DeLorean had a secret: he was obsessed with time travel. And why shouldn't he be? It's not every day a car manufacturer gets to play with the fabric of spacetime.
So, in 1985, DeLorean invested a small fortune in a time-traveling DeLorean, which he lovingly referred to as the "D.M.C. 1".
Unfortunately, the DMC-1 had a few... let's call them "teething problems". But that's not the end of the story! There's more where that came from.
