Trust-Falling-101

Lesson 1: The Art of Sudden Dismemberment

Trust-falling is a delicate art, much like juggling chainsaws while reciting Shakespearean sonnets.

Step 1: Find a suitable surface to fall upon. A soft, yet unforgiving surface such as a trampoline or a large, inflatable sumo wrestler.

Step 2: Assume the position. Feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended like a majestic eagle in free-fall.

Step 3: Commit to the experience. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let the universe guide your plummet towards the unforgiving surface below.

And for those who wish to advance their trust-falling skills, we recommend:

Trust-Falling 201: The Advanced Course covers more complex techniques, including trust-falling with a parachute, trust-falling while reciting the entirety of The Canterbury Tales, and trust-falling with the added challenge of having a severe case of the Mondays.

Trust-Falling 202: The Masterclass is a highly-structured, 8-week course that delves into the theoretical foundations of trust-falling, covering topics such as the aerodynamics of human flight and the psychology of surrender.

Or, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, try your hand at:

Trust-Falling Beta - a cutting-edge course in experimental trust-falling techniques, where you'll push the boundaries of human safety and possibly require emergency services.
