Step 5: You've managed to get everyone in the same room. Now it's time to get feedback, but not just any feedback. We're talking constructive feedback. The kind that makes you question every life choice you've ever made.
Start by making a list of every minor detail you've changed since the last meeting, and every minor detail you've changed since the last meeting before that meeting, and every minor detail you've changed since the last meeting before the meeting before that... You get the idea. Then, present it to the group and let them rip.
Technique 6: Get Everyone to Drink Tea might not work for you if you don't have a good foundation in feedback.
Or, if all else fails, Technique 7: Call The Manager might just be the way to go.
But let's be real, you're probably still stuck on technique 5. Good luck with that.
Remember, it's not you, it's the meeting.
