Partly (adverb): used to describe a sentence that is only 75% correct. Often used in academic writing to convey a sense of "I'm almost sure, but not really."

Almost (n): a synonym for partly, but with an added sense of desperation.

Really (adverb): the opposite of partly. Used by people who have given up on being almost sure.
