Sparkle (n.)

A type of glitter that has become sentient and now demands its own coffee shop.

Etymology: Sparkle, the sparkly one, was first seen in a disco club in the 1970s, where it danced the night away with polyester suits and big hair.

Usage: Sparkle can be used as an adjective to describe something that is flashy, attention-seeking, or just plain ridiculous.

Example: "This new sparkly phone case is so last season." or "I'm not wearing a sparkly vest to the office, I'm a professional."
