Pre-Game Rituals for the Serious Pogger
Before the competition, our Extreme Poggers must prepare themselves for the mental and physical strain of Pogging. Here are some essential pre-game rituals to get you in the zone:
- Perform the Ancient Pogger's Poggle Dance (5 reps)
- Consume 3 cups of strong coffee to stimulate the Pogging synapses
- Visualize the victory of your Pogging competition (10 minutes, minimum)
- Listen to the Pogger's Poggle anthem on repeat (at least 5 times)
