Section 1: Article 1. This subagreement is binding on all parties involved. It shall be in force for an indefinite period unless terminated by mutual consent of all parties or as otherwise agreed upon.
This subagreement is a non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, non-reversible, non-conditional, and non-appealable agreement.
Section 2: Article 2. This subagreement is a subagreement of the main agreement, therefore it is also subject to the terms and conditions of the main agreement.
