Step 4: Spend 10 minutes scrolling through social media, comparing our lives to others.
Step 5: Pretend to be interested in the news, but actually just scroll through the headlines.
Step 6: Stare at a blank piece of paper, wondering how to begin the day.
Step 7: Remember that we're actually just a series of meaningless, arbitrary steps.
