This is a technique known as "Extreme Typography Overload" or ETO for short. It's a method used by advanced Brutsalists to overwhelm users with a barrage of bold, black text.
ETO is achieved by setting font sizes in increments of 5, with a minimum of 24px and a maximum of 72px.
