Regular expressions are like my ninja sword - swift, silent, and deadly.
Here's a little example of a regex that's so powerful, it'll make you cry:
/(^|b.*?d$)/
Don't worry, it's not as scary as it looks. It's just a simple regex that matches any string that starts with a 'b' and ends with a 'd'.
