You can use Relative URL to link to things that are, well, relative.
Or, if you're feeling extra fancy, you can use Absolute URLs for when you want to be extra specific.
But don't even get me started on Fragments and Fragments, it's a whole different can of worms.
And, of course, there's Hashbangs for when you want to be a little bit extra.
But, honestly, sometimes you just need to Break a Link or Two for good measure.
