Chaos: The Ancient Greeks' Favorite Pastime
It's no secret that the ancient Greeks loved a good chaos. In fact, their pantheon was filled with gods and goddesses who embodied the concept of chaos in all its forms.
Take our favorite, Chaos Primordials (link to subpage), for instance. These were the first gods to emerge from the void, their primordial forms still echoing through the ages.
But it wasn't just the gods who were into chaos – even their heroes got in on the action! Heracles (Hercules), that loincloth-wearing demigod, was known for his many laborious adventures.
And don't even get us started on the Chaos Gods themselves – their worship was all about embracing the randomness and unpredictability of life.
