Take A Nap
It's okay to be a little cranky. Sometimes the only thing you can do is take a nap. And by "sometimes" I mean always.
Here are some expert tips:
- 1. Set a timer. No, not just for the nap, but for the nap's length. 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours - whatever you need.
- 2. Don't worry about getting dressed. You're napping, not attending a fancy party.
- 3. Find a comfy spot. You know, like a pile of dirty laundry or a pile of dirty dishes.
- 4. Don't let anyone bother you. This includes but is not limited to: coworkers, family members, and in-laws.
