- Do not, I repeat, DO NOT submit your form with a pen that has been used to sign a check.
- Use only certified, government-issued pens. Anything else will be deemed invalid.
- Do not submit your form if you're wearing a sombrero.
- Do not submit your form if you're under the influence of any substance that might affect your decision-making.
