Technique 2: The 7/11 Breathing Method

This technique is for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to get their breath on.

Also known as "The Sisyphean Cycle," this method involves inhaling for 7 seconds, holding for 1 second, and repeating for 11 cycles.

Repeat this cycle 11 times, then take a 5-minute break. Repeat the cycle 11 more times, then take another 5-minute break.

After 2 hours, you will have mastered this technique and be able to breathe like a pro.
