It was a dark and stormy night in the land of Argyle.

The last thing I remember, I was walking down a desolate street, the only light coming from the faint glow of a lone street lamp. The wind was howling, the trees were creaking, and I was... alone.

I had been walking for hours, and the only living being I had seen was a stray cat that had given me the stink-eye from a nearby dumpster.

I was starting to lose hope, my feet aching, my throat parched. But I pressed on, driven by some morbid curiosity.

And then, I saw it: the sign that read "Welcome to Argyle: Where the Lonely Wanderers Roam".

I laughed, a mix of desperation and irony, and continued on.
