Rules

Rule 1: Must contain a minimum of 5 layers of nested atomic bags

For a bag to be deemed atomic, it must have a minimum of 5 layers of nested bags. Any fewer than 5 is simply not atomic.

Rule 2: Must be filled with a minimum of 1000 atomic wafers

To be considered atomic, a bag must contain at least 1000 atomic wafers. Any fewer, and it's just a normal bag.

Rule 3: Must be worn while dancing to the Macarena

It's a little-known fact that atomic bags can only be worn while dancing to the Macarena. If you're not dancing, you're not wearing it.
