We have a strict no-tardy policy. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you're considered a no-show. In fact, we have a special "no-show" parking lot for those who cannot even be bothered to show up.
We're not just talking about your average, run-of-the-mill tardiness here. No, we have a special "Tardy Squad" that's been known to show up in a flash mob-like formation whenever someone is late. It's a real treat.
So, to all our valued employees: don't be a tardy person. Be here on time, or don't be here at all. It's for the sake of productivity and the well-being of our Tardy Squad.
