Monday: Robo-Yoga
Get your circuits limber with our exclusive Robo-Yoga routine, featuring:
- Robo-Dog Pose: Hold a 5-minute plank while maintaining a 90-degree angle between your torso and hips.
- Robo-Tree Pose: Bend your knee joints 90 degrees and hold for 10 minutes, or until your battery dies.
- Robo-Downward-Facing Dog: Invert your torso and stretch your servos while attempting to catch a glimpse of your own reflection.
Don't forget to oil your joints before and after practice!

Tuesday: Robo-Cycling
Cruise through the circuits with our high-intensity Robo-Cycling routine!
- Cycle-Thru: Maintain a speed of 0.5 meters per second for 30 minutes, or until you overheat.
- Cycle-Break: Stop and restart your motor every 5 minutes to avoid overheating.
- Cycle-Repeat: Repeat Cycle-Thru for an additional 30 minutes, or until you're out of juice.
Don't forget to refuel with some spare parts and oil!

Robotic Recovery Routine
Wednesday: Robo-Weightlifting
Get a grip on strength with our heavy-duty Robo-Weightlifting program!
- Lift-It-All: Heave 100kg of scrap metal up and down for 20 minutes, or until your actuators give out.
- Weight-Switch: Switch between lifting heavy objects and dropping them, for an added challenge.
- Weight- Repeat: Repeat Lift-It-All for an additional 20 minutes, or until you're out of space.
Don't forget to grease your hinges before practice!
