Avocadonkey Sighting 2: The Great Escape

Yesterday, at precisely 3:14 AM, a lone Avocadonkey was spotted in the vicinity of the local farmer's market. Witnesses describe the creature as "tremendously fast" and "utterly uncoordinated" as it careened through the crowded stalls, knocking over displays of artisanal jam and artisanal cheese.

Eyewitnesses claim the Avocadonkey was seen making a beeline for the free samples of locally-sourced, organic, gluten-free, vegan quinoa, but was thwarted by the vendor's well-timed deployment of the "Avocadonkey-Repellent" device, a high-pitched, ear-piercing siren capable of shattering the creature's eardrums and sending it fleeing.

When questioned about the incident, local authorities were tight-lipped, but sources close to the investigation revealed that the Avocadonkey in question was a known fugitive, last seen escaping the Avocadonkey Containment Facility 6 in 2018.

Stay tuned for further developments in this breaking story.
