Rotton Fruit Salad Recipe
A recipe for the discerning gourmand with a penchant for rotting fruit
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of rotting apples, carefully hand-picked from the depths of the dumpster behind the local farmer's market
- 2 cups of rotting bananas, preferably those with visible signs of mold and fungus
- 1 cup of rotting berries, fresh from the nearest abandoned picnic area
- 1/4 cup of rotting pineapple, with a dash of despair and desperation
Instructions:
- Carefully place all ingredients in a large bowl, taking care not to touch any of the rotting fruit with your bare hands
- Mix until the ingredients are well combined, but not too well combined. You want to maintain some semblance of dignity
- Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of apathy and a dash of existential dread
